Paige Garcia joined Hersh Family Law Practice, P.C. in August 2021. Paige has practiced exclusively in family law since her admission to the Bar in December 2016. She began her legal career as an associate at Rathmell Saunders, LLP and also practiced at the San Francisco-based Sargent Shriver Project, where she counseled low income clients on child custody and visitation matters on a pro-bono basis.

Paige has experience in all aspects of family law including child custody and visitation disputes, and in matters involving child support, dissolution of marriage and domestic partnership, and domestic violence prevention.

Paige received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she served on the executive board for the Business Law Journal. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder, graduating summa cum laude with a major in political science and minor in philosophy.

Paige is admitted to practice in California. She is a member of the California State Bar Family Law Section and the Bar Association of San Francisco Family Law Section.
