Adam joined Hersh FamilyLaw Practice in September 2019. He began his legal career at a San Francisco legal services non-profit in 2014 and then as a civil litigator with an established California professional liability defense firm in 2015. In January 2017, he began exclusively practicing family law at Robin, Ferguson & Kempton, LLP in Menlo Park, California. Adam has experience in all aspects of family law matters including child and spousal support, property division, dissolution, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and post-judgment matters.

Adam received his law degree in 2014 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he graduated as a member of the Pro Bono Society. During law school, Adam provided over 150 hours of pro bono services working for Disability Rights California and their Patients’ Rights Advocacy program at the Napa State Hospital. Adam obtained his bachelor’s degree in Finance with honors from Texas Christian University (2010).

Adam is admitted to practice in California. He is a member of the California State Bar Family Law Section, the Bar Association of San Francisco Family Law Section, and the Alameda County Bar Association Family Law Section.
